Facts about CTK's Missions
Global Missions is supported by CTK Mission Team & congregation that have reached places as far as Africa, Asia and South & Central America with the sponsorship of:

  • CTK's Annual Mission Challenge
  • CTK's Hunger Basket
  • With more to come

    Missions within CTK which involve churchwide participation include the following:

  • Evangelism Team
  • Caring Shepherds
  • The Care Team
  • Stephen Ministry
  • Ruth Circle
  • Preschool/MDO
  • Youth Group
    •

    These groups and ministries organize and participate in awesome, heartfelt programs throughout the year that reach out to our young children and elderly alike.
    Missions within the community:

    The following are programs that various CTK minitries have the joy of serving to/for others in our local community:

  • Firehouse Shelter for men.
      Bi-monthly - 3rd Friday of the month. 5:45 p.m. - prepare food at CTK. 6:30 p.m. - depart for shelter
  • Galleria Woods Nursing Home.
      1st Sunday of each month from 2:30 - 3:00 p.m. for ministering to the elderly.
  • Meals on Wheels for Shelby County.
      Meet at CTK every Wednesday & Friday at 10:00 a.m. to deliver the meals.
  • Habitat for Humanity
  • Little Ones Memory Garden at the Botanical Gardens
